Our commitment

All our lawyers have developed their professional careers in the insurance or litigation department of some of the main national and international law firms, as well as in the legal department of some of the largest insurers in the world. We are part of the governing bodies of key institutions of the insurance and mediation market, such as Lloyd’s or the National Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries in Spain. We have drafted some of the main Casualty, Directors & Officers (D&O), Property, Business Interruption or Cyber policies in the Spanish insurance market.

CLAIMS AND LITIGATION

We are experts in complex disputes, especially between policyholders and insurance companies. Litigation on insurance coverage is one of the most particular and specific areas of legal dispute. As specialists in insurance and civil, commercial and criminal litigation, we advise our clients in all kinds of litigious and non-litigious dispute processes, especially in the event of claims in which insurance coverage is discussed.

REGULATORY AND CORPORATE INSURANCE

Our lawyers have been advising to the main operators in the insurance and reinsurance market for decades. We have broad experience in advising insurance and reinsurance entities, insurance mediators, their external collaborators and managing general agents (MGAs), both national and international.

We have drafted some of the main General and Professional Liability policies, D&O, property damage, business interruption or Cyber, among others, in the Spanish insurance market. We have participated in the design and implementation of international insurance programs, in the restructuring of international business of insurance companies and in the inspection processes before the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds of various companies.
